Prison transfer update
Kevan was moved to HMP Belmarsh and placed in segregation
Kev has been moved to Belmarsh and is currently in the seg.
This update matters because segregation, missing property and disrupted mail can make a person much harder to reach. For Kevan, outside contact has always been part of staying visible while he continues to fight his wrongful conviction.

Why contact matters
Support is most important when a move interrupts everything
Write to him
Kevan Thakrar A4907AEHMP BelmarshWestern WayLondon SE28 0EBAs he does not yet have his property, please include a stamped envelope with letters if you can!
If you email with Kev, you will also need to change the location under the "recipients" tab on the email a prisoner site.
He is still receiving some post sent to HMP Full Sutton but it is taking longer to get to him.
Part of the prison record
Belmarsh sits inside the wider record of prison pressure
This post is brief, but it captures a familiar pattern in Kevan's case: transfer, segregation, interrupted property, slower correspondence and supporters trying to keep contact alive. Those details help explain why public attention still matters.
